I offer confidential, personal advice and support to help you make changes to your diet and lifestyle. My expertise can help you put into practice small changes to your eating habits for improved health and well being.


You may want advice for common health problems such as Weight management,  Diabetes ( take a look at ) raised cholesterol and blood pressure.

It may be you just want to check out your diet because you have low energy levels, or just want advice on how to eat a more healthy diet.


Your initial consultation will take one and a half hours and  include: 

  • Dietary assessment
  • Weight and height measurements and Body Mass Index calculation
  • Considering how your lifestyle, including meal planning, shopping, cooking habits and other factors influence your eating behaviour
  • Creating a personal diet plan with SMART* goals

 Further consultations of 40 minutes offer continuing support and ongoing advice to help you achieve your goals.

    * SMART = Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic and



I offer seminars or workshops for groups of people on topics including:
